Stocking Stuffing begins at 5:00 pm. Tree Lighting will begin at 6:00 pm and the Parade will follow at 7:00pm in front of the historic courthouse. Parade lineup at the Carroll County complex begins at 6:00 pm.

The Labor Day Flea Market will be held on September 1st – 4th, 2023 in the Town of Hillsville. The Flea Market features everything from new in the box items to antiques and everything in between. Masks and social distancing will be encouraged.
