The Town of Hillsville is having it's 7th Annual Historic Chili Shootout on October 8th, 2022. The event begins at 1pm, and wristbands are available for $5.00 per person for tasting. Join us October 8th, 2022 in the Historic Courthouse Square in Hillsville, Virginia. Cornhole tournament begins at 10:30 am. This event is in conjunction with the Carroll County Pumpkin Festival. Pumpkin Festival and Chili Shoot Out in Hillsville, VA Saturday, October 8 is the day to be in the town of Hillsville, about ten miles north of us on Highway 52. At 10 am, the Annual Carroll County Pumpkin Festival begins in front of the Government Center at 605 Pine Street. A cornhole tournament starts at 10:30 am in Courthouse Square, across from the Government Center. The Historic Hillsville Chili Shootout is at 1 pm. Wrist bands are $5. All of the events include family friendly food, music and games.
